Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via GLS with tracking and drop-off without signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Return Policy

At NeXtime, we create clocks to put a smile on your face. Wherever you put the clock, we want you to be happy with your purchase. All our clocks have a two-year guarantee, see our warranty section for more details. 
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 14 days of purchase*. returns: Please complete the return form you can find at My account and place it in the package you're returning.
Returned goods will only be credited in full when the clock is returned in its original, unmarked and undamaged packaging.      
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us, including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.

* Note that items purchased at another retailer must be returned at to them and are subject to their return policy.


All our clocks have a two-year guarantee. If the clock is not working correctly or stops working within 2 year of purchase, we will repair or replace the clock for you.
In most cases the clock can easily be repaired by yourself, so please contact us for more information about your clock.
If you believe you have a defective NeXtime clock and you purchased it from a retailer (so not at within the last two years, please contact the original retailer.
The foregoing warranty does not apply to any products, which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident or modification.
